Musings of a Bibliomaniac

Goodreads immigrant. Another victim of corporate tyranny. I blog at Musings of a Bibliomaniac along with my co-blogger Scarlet.

Storm - Brigid Kemmerer I would've probably reached that state in which I could develop some sort of feeling for this book. But the narration and the dialogues ticked me off so much that I am not sure whether I'll ever resume reading this one.
All the characters communicate with each other in unfinished sentences and they're not even psychics. I don't get why the author thought that the readers could be.
And too much slut-shaming and sexism.
And for God's sake, what is it with YA authors inserting 'rape' as a plot-device ever so frequently nowadays?
Rape is a serious, serious issue. Stop treating it with so much casual indifference.
